Flickr seems quite straightforward to use, with the upload process being quite similar to sites I have used before including Facebook and Photobucket.
Flickr could be useful for the Learning Engagement Theory, when students reach the "Donate" stage. They would be able to display photographic work to stakeholders such as real-life outside 'clients', parents, friends and other school students; they would also be able to receive feedback in the form of comments from other Flickr users.
Additionally, it may be useful for students to use other Flickr users' photographs for educational purposes. For example, if the students were asked to create a blog, Flickr would make the process of adding photographs much simpler!
